How many hurricanes will hit the US mainland in the 2007 season?

I read the forecast by the guys at Colorado State (http://typhoon.atmos.colostate.edu/Forecasts/2006/dec2006/) but it's hard to understand the number of hurricanes expected to hit the US, since they express it in terms of a %. Any ideas of the number of hurricanes expected to hit the US in 2007?
