A rich man will conserve his assets. He protects that which he has and may or may not share the wealth. He doesn't feel the need to put on airs, but will dress in more expensive clothes when going out. He appreciates the finer things in life, but will not always indulge in them. A rich man may often not kow what his needs really are.
A poor man has few assets of enough value to protect. If he has anything to share, he generally does so because he knows what it is to be without. Sometimes a poor person will take the time and effort to mend his clothing, sometimes not. He may appreciate finery, but seldom gets the opportunity to indulge. A poor man is happy when his needs are met.

A rich man thinks outside of the box. He does not work for money but instead has money working for him. He learns how money works and finds ways to have his money make money. A poor man works hard for money only pay bills and never gets ahead.

rich and poor is not only material.
you can have rich man (rich in material) but poor in character
so becareful with money, sometimes can be bad and dangerous too.

Most rich people constantly take risks, look for opportunities, and work hard. Even if they fail, they don't dwell on their failures. They take it as experience, learn from their mistakes and move on.
Most poor people do not take risk, they just want a safety net, they rather live paycheck to paycheck, day by day, at times lazy. If they fail, they blame other people for their failures but themselves.
