I've been looking for ages to find a download of her theme. Does anyone know where I could get it? I’ve looked on Limewire and all over the web, but the best I could come up with is watch the videos on Youtube and hearing the theme there…

I am unsure of the right answer here for I am unfamiliar with the name of what you are looking at. However, the "Chain Of Memories" title sounds very much like the "Unchained Melody" song originally writting (I think) by the Righteous Brothers. I may be wrong, and probably am here. But I hope this helps.
