im not self concious but im 15 i will be 16 jan or 2008 ive been lifting since iwas about 12 and im pretty builk im 5 81/2 5 9 170 pounds give a take a few ppl say oh u lifted to early u wont grow but from ages 12 to and 13 i only did bicep curls i did nto start benching untill the liek this time last year and i just started squoting a month ago my dad is 5 10 my mom is 5 8 my mom's dad is 6 4 and her mom is 6 foot on my dad side his adad is 6 foot and his mom is 5 4 ive grown like a inch since the beginning of 9 grade can i maybe make it to 6 foot 5 11??

I kept growing till I was 21, I think you will reach at least 6 ft.

Your testosterone levels will increase as you get further into puberty. You should be able to build more bulk. Enjoy the strange urges, awkwardness and funny voice.

Yes you will grow more, you will grow to twice the height you were when you were 2. Ask your parents how tall you were when you were 2 and double it, that's your adult height.
