OCEAN -The entire body of salt water that covers more than 70 percent of the earth's surface

SEA -A relatively large body of salt water completely or partially enclosed by land

the ONLY difference is that a SEA is surrounded by Land and a OCEAN is not other than that the amounts of salt but thats all.

An ocean can always be a sea, but a sea is not necessarily always an ocean. There are inland seas, but no inland oceans.
