I signed up for Neopets Premium a while back. My account had got banned. I figured that they'd stop billing but they haven't. For about a year, they have been billing me $5 dollars a month. They won't let you contact them on their help page. How can I get them to stop?

Definitely contact your credit card company and see what can be done about the charges.

As for cancelling Premium (and being frozen while a Premium user), the petpage I've listed below may be of some help to you. (You do not need to have an account in order to view petpages.)

Good luck.

Agreed. Tell your credit card company they are false charges.

And, in the future, do not be so naive as to subscribe to something like "neopets" which is nothing but a scam to extract money from uninformed kids anyhow.
