It's not necessarily true that you have to do anything in any particular order...you can take notes first or whatever is best for your situation. A bibliography is always put in alphabetical order, wether it be by the author's last name or the work's title if no author information is available.

This is for homework, so I'm not answering. It is frustrating when people ask questions for their homework. It is something called CHEATING. I'm sorry if it is not for homework, but it probably is.
