Does it have anything to with the EArls rotation?

Earl has nothing to do with it, I asked him.

Its an energy saving scheme because where you live the authorities think that it will save electricity.

daylight savings time has nothing whatsoever to do with anything remotely science-related at all. It is to conserve energy.
