How long does it take to get to the galleria area? Does it make a big difference taking the West park toll road? Richmond/Houston.

You mean inbound? I look at the traffic monitor every morning (to see how my commute down the Sam Houston tollway is) and it is rare to see slowdowns. I would expect some problems by the exit to Westpark street because you're just off and there's a light there at 610, but the Post Oak route into the Galleria has more lanes and should be a bit smoother (it lets out at Post Oak and Richmond).

Outbound is another story. Things don't pick up until you pass the Sam Houston tollway. Everyone seems to do 12 mph, mostly due to the setting sun, and they drive like *******.

generally, west park toll road flows with no problems. the only issue you might have is traffic when you actually get to the galleria area, but that is to be expected. if anything, west park will be the easiest way to get there. plan ahead with a map and see if there is a road to exit off of west park without getting onto 610.
