Go to download.com and download AVG
Also they have Spybot, and Adaware. All are good.
AVG is the best,. Could be a problem with your Panda
doing it which would explain why it crashes when
accessing w/32 files or a problem in the files itself in which case, you may have to reload your OP system.

The system 32 file is required to boot the computer. If you have your system recovery disc you will have to reinstall the complete system which will re-format the hard drive and you will loose any files/documents you have stored on the drive. (Bad). The only other option to save your files is to have someone that knows what they are doing to hook you drive up to their computer as a "slave" drive and copy all your files/documents to either their hard drive or preferably an external drive. Do this before restoring/recovering your computer to its original state. Also recommend scanning all your files/documents before transferring them back to your restored computer....hope this helps....M

I can't help you with that, but I CAN give you a toll-free customer service # for them. For some reason, they only give a till number for their support (and it's very hard to find). However, have LOTS of time on your hands - when I called them, I was 10th in line, and had to wait 58 minutes!!! The guy was very helpful and worked out my problem, though. Good luck! 1 (800) 603-4922.

PS - make sure you have your account #, password, client number ready.
