Ummm... I'm not a gentleman but I do believe a GENTLEMAN would accept the fact that a woman has every right to do with her body what she wants. (2 tats - soon to be 3)

In my little subculture, the vast majority of the 'gentlemen' seem to dig my tats. I would never date anyone who found them disgusting, that's for sure. Just like I would never date anyone who thought redheaded, green-eyed, pasty white women were ugly. Why would I put myself through that?

It will be interesting to see what the Y!A crowd thinks, tho.

Mine used to tattoo all the time, but now most don't. Weird how that works from culture to culture. But ours were something you would have to identify who you were and where you were from, so it's another type altogether.
