My mom thinks that she got them at either Kmart or Target. They were marked down for less than $4. They are my favorite piece of clothing ever! However after years of use they are wearing out. The only info I can get off of them is a label on teh back left pocket. It says
"Genuine"
"Great American"
"Blu Jeans"
"Premium Denim"

Unbelievable! I was searching with Google trying to find information about these jeans. "Blu Jeans". I did find out they came from Target and they're made by Lee. Target worked a deal with Lee at the same time Wal-Mart made a deal with Levi Strauss. But this was a few years ago (2003, I think it said). Nothing seemed newer than that. I have a feeling that your mom got them so cheap because Target was closing them out. I can't find them anywhere and I have two Target stores close to me. I think we're out of luck and I'm bummed because they're also my favorite jeans. I think I paid $19.99 or maybe a bit less, a great price for jeans.
Next best is Lee (the company that made these, under the "blu Jeans" name). They seem to realize that women have hips, plus I like the material because it's softer and smoother than most jeans without feeling cheap.

sorry if this doesn't help, but i tried to search google for genuine great american blu jeans, and several other combinations, but no luck. there are 10000000000 brand of jeans (alot), so it is too hard to try to find them again. that was a great deal, so i would just enjoy the last few years (or months, depending on condition). just try to find another affordable brand of jeans that are both comfortable and fit you as well. good luck!

Ross or Marshalls! If you like Suzies deals, they get some good jeans from time to time, I got some real cute ones for just $5.00 worth $50.00 at department stores...

just check to see if target or kmart has them. If they were from target or kmart they were probably cheapy. Go to other stores for better jeans.

properly i don't have one famous pair as we talk (don't like various of them truly) yet I did have a pair in second grade that I omit like loopy and they were from previous military and yet another pair I loved became from JcPenny's
