interesting question because I am really a birthday candle. Its not a real easy life mostly bitter loneliness. I live in a drawer,they only take me out a few times a year. Then theyre happy to see me. i hear them looking for me "wher'd i put the candles, anyone seen em. Yeah they forget where they put us and then act soooo happy when they find us. Then they shove my liitle wax butt into a cake(sometimes its still to warm) and then they set my head on fire..I mean honestly. One year they got a number candle boy did he think he was kingsh**. he got used once. one time this kid just couldnt extinguish the candles. I lost a couple of buddies that way
they melted and went to the Big Trashcan in the kitchen.

Well after spending 8 hours in a dutch oven i came out smelling like a strudel, it stayed with me all day.

There was this one time...and they guy I was supposed to jump out of the cake for died...and no one told me...THE NERVE!! I was stuck in that stinkin thing for THIRTEEN HOURS!! Just sitting there...waiting for the cue word. Honestly, I hate this job.
