What does it mean when my sims have the baby symbol w/ a little phone by it in the speech bubble??

it means that they want to go adopt a baby from the adoption center. You may not have the finacial status to do so though...Good luck!
P.S. I am a real Sims expert... I have been playing the series since it released and I was only around five then...

I'm pretty sure that means that a person will come and pick up your child. This means that you might have ignored the little one for a bit, and they are going to try to find it a new home. By this 'new home' they mean walking into your house and simply walking away with the baby.

I am a sims expert so heres what it means.It means they are going to call the adoption center and adopt a baby.This means your sims care about other people.
