Sometimes the veins are very visable and sometimes they're not at all. Why is this? Is it something that I eat?

Because Of Very Low Fat

Look U Have healthy And Muscular Type Physique Of Ur body

So because of low fat and muscles of Ur arm :Ur veins cant be hidden Besides The Fat
And Ur Strong arm muscle don't allow Ur veins to go inside
So they try to come up words and cause of very low fat layer of Ur skin : it's look visible

Don't worry man

It's a sign of hard working man

no its nothing that you eat, it's just when your arms are down for a long time, blood goes there and they pop out no big deal

Either your veins are close to the surface or you have vericose veins or your just cold.

Its pretty normal. Its just about when your blood needs to be cooled down so it needs to be nearer the surface.

my guess is blood pressure that can be caused by smoking drinking,fast food,stress or anger
