i need help on putin on a tampon this is my first time and i dont know how to put them on, can u gjuys give me sum tips or something please and thank you

It is better if you try it on on a heavier day. It is a lot easier that way. Most of them come with directions. Relax otherwise it will hurt. Good Luck!!

use the smallest one available. look at the diagram on the box. they're helpful most of the time. if you use the fingers of one hand to reach down and guide the tampon inside with your other hand it helps. push it as far in as you can - it needs to be a few inches in to avoid pushing up against your pubic bones - which will make it uncomfortable. when it's in as far as it should be you shouldnt really feel it at all. if it hurts too much right now, just use a pad and try again some other time. and dont' worry about pushing it too far inside you - it's impossible. good luck!

read the instructions. also, make sure that the tampon is actually in all the way in or else it will be really uncomfortabe. also, make sure u dont leave it in for too long like i did today. it totally leaked all over my underwear and it was GROSS!!
also, tell your mom that ur puttng in ur first tampon, and maybe she can help you.

Girls don't put tampons on, they put them inside of their vagina. Go to http://www.youngwomenshealth.org/tampon.html to read up on how to put a tampon in. Also, in the box of tampons, it should come with a paper that has diagrams.

First of all you don't put it on, you put it in. If you don't know where the whole is then you could get a mirror and stand over it to look and it'll help you see where to put it. Then just slide that sucker in.

or just stick to pads
ask your mom or aunt or some one close
