i need help on putin on a tampon this is my first time and i dont know how to put them on, can u gjuys give me sum tips or something please and thank you

first off -- relax it really doesn't hurt that much, it feel more weird than anything else.
ok make sure you have a good brand like tampax pearl or beyond, dont buy something cheap for a first time. now sit on your toliet and lift your right foot onto the seat like on the diagram on the box, then insert it into your hole.. haha put the whole thing in (it will get messy) then take the application out. MAKE sure you put it in enough because if you dont it will feel really bad when you stand up. try a couple times. i used like a lot my first time. The string should be left. Now youre good for a couple hours :] SOO much better than a pad. Good luck

usually, they have a diagram and some directions on the box. if you still don't understand, i would ask an older girl, b4 here
