I am after some music used as back ground for charlie chaplin movies?

My brother is making a family movie and is in need of the charlie chaplin type music, where could I download some from?

In regards to copyright, I was refering to downloading from a paid site, where it is legal to download from. I was after the names I would type in to search for on such a site.

Well, you know he wrote much of it himself. I don't know about copyright questions but suggest taking chunks directly from the soundtracks.
