I really want to get the Wii but I have a problem.
My friends think nintendo is stupid and would laugh at me if I got one. What should I do?

When you see what the Wii is capable of you'll see why the Wii is fast becoming a cult phenomenon. It's awesome get it.
We have all three systems and the Wii gets used the most especially when everyone is over.

You really should get the Wii only if it has the games that you want. If you are looking for slick graphics and massive processing power Wii is not for you. If you are looking to have a lot of fun (even with your friends) then the Wii is a blast. You cannot beat the amount of fun the Wii is....

The nintendo Wii is a great buy and i have a 360. I have been trying to buy a wii before i got the 360 and i still cant find it. Good luck finding yours.

Get the Wii- and get a couple extra controllers and some beer. After playing some drinking games with the Wii Sports game- your freinds will think it's pretty cool and allot of fun.

get and don't let your friend play with it. seriously, i had 2 family members who think it's stupid then when they finally played it, they BOTH thin it's better than they expected and actually enjoyed it, even though they're the hardcore gamer type. casual / non-gamers will love it.
when you do have one, you can find other online friends to play with. you should really try this site that is designed to share wii / ds codes, you don't need to make static postings like this one, you can exchange your codes with a much easier method--one which allows you to know who has added you, so you can actually get connected with the person.

WII IS GREATEST OF ALL SYSTEMS! PS3 nice looking, expensive, fat, games not great. Xbox 360 nice looking, overheats, costly, games good, no real interaction, xbox live expensiv. Wii nice looking, cheap, addicting, very good interaction, free online play (on upcoming titles such as Super Smash Bros Brawl), never heats up at all, plays gamecube games, can play with gamecube controller also, has email, internet, photo stuff, weather, and more!
