I've had it tons of times, but it has always just happened. I really have never thought to think about what I was doing, thinking, etc. just before it happened. I suppose there could be not so obvious triggers. I'll have to pay more attention from now on.
Most of the times I've had deja vu, it has been pretty insignificant situations. Sometimes, though, I know, see or feel that something bad is going to happen if I don't change what already happened. I do that by altering just one thing that had already happened (it's happening at the moment because I'm having deja vu).
