Here in phx, because some people say it's 15 and 7months and others say it's 15 and 6months. Also whats the rule about driving, is it with someone whose 18 or older, or just someone w/ a license?

It's 15 yrs 7 months and the licensed driver with you cannot be under 18. I didn't take drivers ed because I didn't have to, although I think if you did you got to forego the written test. That was 9yrs ago in Surprise.

around here in South Carolina it is 15 and you have to still be in school. Some states say 16 . The ones that say 15 yrs , some have restrictions. Hope this helps..

i think its like this everywhere and it at least is in Indiana
you have to be15 and in drivers ed somewhere or
16
then to get your license you have to be 16 and one month if you took drivers ed or 16 and 6 months if you didn't

and the rule with the permit is that unless you're over 18 you can only drive with family members who have their license

every state is different, you can drive with someone that already has a licenses. and for the age its 16 here.

Call the dmv dont rush into it: driving is serious take your time learn from a pro. Study the manual ; dont think you know the answers
