rare2find. The biggest sin in the bible does NOT center around sex. The biggest sin in the bible is the sin of not being able to distinguish good from bad! Jesus said, "all sins will be forgiven except the sin against the holy ghost". He said this in the context of when the pharasee were saying Jesus was from the devil. Thus, they could not recognize good, calling what was good bad and what was bad good. It is a common mistake for many people. See that you don't fall into the same trap!

Gosh, I question that particular translation of the Bible from the original Hebrew and Aramaic. People interprete the Bible the way they want. Here's some more quotes:

Leviticus 20:9
If anyone curses his father or mother, he must be put to death.

Exodus 35:2
For six days, work is to be done, but the seventh day shall be your holy day, a Sabbath of rest to the LORD. Whoever does any work on it must be put to death.

Leviticus 25:44-45
Your male and female slaves are to come from the nations around you; from them you may buy slaves. You may also buy some of the temporary residents living among you and members of their clans born in your country, and they will become your property.

John 3:13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.

I feel bad for homosexuals that consider themselves Christians. They are going to have to make a decision at some time. It is a decision that they have to make and no one else can make it for them. It is no different than having to confront the other demons that all people have. If all sins are considered equal by god, then most of us are in the same boat.

News Flash!!!! Christianity is a religion that believes all are sinners, from new born babies to senior citizen homosexuals. Out of the big three religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), Christianity is the only religion that believes in universal sin.

The bible says we are all sinners, that is just picking out one sin. What is not right is for people to challenge the Bible just so they feel more comfortable with their sin. Homosexuals can be saved and enter the Kingdom of God. All they have to do is admit they are sinners , Accept Jesus as their Savior, and ask for forgiveness.

No, it's not right in doing that. It's not right to want other people's stuff and to lie, but we do it anyway...

I don't believe in the bible and i'll tell you why, because it's been edited so many times that we can't really be sure what the original version was.... It's kind of like playing telephone, you start out with one message and it gets distorted over 2000 years of printing the story in different languages and different versions... it doesn't mean i'm an atheist but it means i'm skeptical about what i'm reading.

We ALL sin Every one of us and there is not one person on this earth that has not sinned at one point or another, but also on that topic, onnoe can ever tell a homosexual that he or she is going to hell either, noone here on earth is the holy spirit and the bible also says only the holy spirit can tell someone if he or she is going to hell so to all the people out there telling gay people they are going to hell... WE WILL SEE YOU THERE BUTT HOLES!! but does god himself have the right? Yes it is his world he can say anything he wants! And yes i am gay!

Did Jesus accept all people? Yes, I believe He did (but not every action committed by us) and if as sinners we repent (ask for forgiveness) and accept Him for what He is, He said, "Then this day you shall be with my Father in Heaven."

We are all sinners but only God knows our hearts. In the end, ONLY God sits in judgement.

What would you prefer the Bible call them. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. Read the story. God called homosexuality an abomination. I don't believe his views have changed.
