"Queen Cleopatra, a woman, whom is still considered beautiful and powerful, more than 2,000 years after her death," said ((persons name)).

coma: b4 and after “a woman” because it is being redundant
coma: after more than… because you don’t need that bit of info it’s just extra
coma: after death because it didn’t state that the person question, exclaimed, etc. it just said “said”
period: after the person’s name because it’s the end of a sentence.
Women need to be changed to woman because it’s one person

You should change women to woman because you are referring to ONE woman not the plural.

Here is the corrected version:

"Queen Cleopatra, a woman who is still considered beautiful and powerful more than 2,000 years after her death." said ((persons name))

"Queen Cleopatra, a woman whom is still considered beautiful and powerful more than 2,000 years after her death," said ((person's name))

you need to fix the word women into woman
who should be whom
there should be a comma after death, not a period.

It's a passive sentence.

Queen Cleopatra is still considered to be beautiful and powerful more than 2,000 years ....

"women" should be "woman"

Passive voice ("is still considered") is poor construction, but not incorrect.
