Rio Lowe sounds like he'd be a ladies man, a lover.
Leon Lowe sounds pretty ordinary (it actually sounds like "layin low" ha!)
James Lowe sounds like he'd be a teacher or an attorney or something like that.
So out of the three, my vote is for James. Good luck to you though :)

Rio Lowe sounds like REAL LOW...Leon and James go much better with the surname Lowe

James is a good sold name. What is Rio? Sounds weird. Leon is okay too, although I am not a fan of the double letter names. Like LL. Fist name stats with and last name starts with. Ugh.

James Lowe, definately... it has a good sound to it, its not weird, i like Leon but not with you last name because two Ls is too much... and i dont like Rio.... you just as soon name him River, isn't that what it means? his name would sound like the name of a river... the Rio Lowe
