I know that David Hasselhoff was there. But I'm sure that Pink Floyd did play a concert there AFTER the wall came down. The album "The Wall" by Pink Floyd was released in 1980 I believe, so they may have played "ANOTHER BRICK IN THE WALL" pt 1 or 2 as it came down.
But life does not have a soundtrack constantly playing.......this event may have had no music, or a hundred boomboxes blarring different songs at the same time.

I'm not sure if there was an actual song played when the wall came down but most people remember David Hasselhoff, yes I'm not joking, singing the song "Looking for Freedom" about one month after the wall "officially" came down. Here's the link to youtube and the concert footage of Hasselhoff on top of the wall belting it out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NxAd2sHtMf0
You might also want to look at this BBC article for some context http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/magazine/3465301.stm
Also there was a concert held on July 21, 1990 sponsored by Pink Floyd's Roger Waters to commemorate the fall of the wall and it was televised globally and got a lot of press so that might be what you're thinking about as well. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Wall_Concert_in_Berlin
Good luck

You probably saw some kind of show where they taped it, compressed the time sequence and then put music behind it. there was probably more than one, so you'd have to research and find out who made videos of it and which one it is that you saw.
If I had done it I probably would have used John Mellencamp.
