how much does it cost to get a guitar re-fretted

It depends on the guitar and where you live.

For a guitar with binding on the edges of the fingerboard we typically charge about $140.00. Fretting a guitar with a maple fingerboard goes for about $200+ (since the fingerboard and possibly the neck has to be refinished). For a fingerboard with no binding on the edges and typical inlays (dots or blocks) we stay busy charging $90.00. This includes free annual fret levelling and recrowning until it needs refretting again.

Unless you are REALLY hard on your guitar you can probably just get them resurfaced for about $90.00.

It depends. Unless it is a good quality guitar, it might cost more to refrett it than the axe is worth. I have an uncle who does mine so I can't give your an exact price but I think its in the $200-300 range.
