ok well I am turning 11 in april, and all my friends throw a birthday party, but Im kinda scared to, like what if it is a flop and everybody hates it! I think (that if I do decide to) that we should go to the movies (pirates of the Caribbean is coming out in April, here) and then after that we should go to mimis (a restraunt that is really good). I plan to bring like 9 or 10 people which like only 8 or 7 will prob. come.... or should I have a "private" party with me, my best friend, and my other bestfriend. And then we can go to the movies, mimi's, and my house.... I like the second idea better..... but I am still not sure.... is there another plan I could do like instead of going to the movies....

If it's more appealing to you to have a private get together with just a few friends then you should do that. I was never a fan of big crowds ether. and if it's only the 3 of you, you could ask them what they want to do before supper, and then have them sleep over at your house. aside from the movies there's bowling, mini golf, swimming, skating. all kinds of things. Just choose something that you really enjoy, because it's your birthday and you should enjoy it.

Just a house party! Make sure you hand out disposable cameras to each person that attends. Tell everyone that they have to take a picture of everyone at the party at least once. The fun party will be when everyone develops the pics. You should have a prize for the best photo! Make some weird trophy for the winner!

You should do what makes you feel more comfortable, its your B-day...remember that. Going to the movies and dinner with your 2 best friends sounds nice. If you do decide to throw a party things that are fun are: pool parties, barbecues, ice skating and dinner, pajama parties, traditional parties with activities and games (depending of what you like to do: sports for example), going to the beach or someplace different (a shot trip). Ooh here's a good party idea for a youngster like you, you and your little friends. Go out to the ghetto. Drive there in cadilacs, get your gold teeth on, make sure ur music is up really really loud and it's nighttime out and all you youngsters are wearing baggy pants and cursing at everyone. Oh, if ur parents come, hightail it in the darkness with your hoods up

go to an arcade or something you all like doing. i went to abirthday party that was a lot of fun. they rented a suit for a night and got about 10 or so girls, 6 of which spent the night at the suit. we watched a movie while doing each others nails, hair and make up with snacks everywhere. it was a real blast.
