i need to put a security lock on a dsl so no outsiders would use it, can anyone please tell me how to do it?

If it's a wireless router, try a WEP key.
If it's DSL that you don't want someone in your house eg. a little brother to get on it, try disabling the connection when you think they ay get on.

are you using a wireless router? What kind of configuration do you have? Your not providing many details.

go to ur router settings. type ur ip address in the internet browser
