Yes, the vitamin A in carrot juice is good for the skin, & so is the fresh enzymes in the juice.
It'll boost your eye sight, as well.

Yes, carrot juice is good for your skin. It tones and refreshes, even from the inside. Though what you can do is apply carrot juice direct to your skin, it acts as an anti-inflammatory so it's good applied direct to spots and acne. It's also good for pigmentation and blemish problems so will help you with scars and colour. EDIT Do NOT boil the carrots to apply them to the skin! You'll end up removing the nutrients and 'killing' the carrots. They should be processed down into liquid, otherwise all the goodness ends up in the water and it's not as efficient. You won't go orange if you drink/consume carrots either. There is a truth behind it, but you'd have to have a whole lot of carrots, way more than you want to. If people actually use this as a scare for them not to consume carrots and carrot juice then they really have lost the plot. You shouldn't drink more than a 160ml glass of carrot juice at a time, this amount every other day certainly won't turn you orange, it can only have a very slight but good effect on your colouring.

Carrot is full of vitamin A and very beneficial for the skin. However, too much drinking carrot juice turn your skin into orange.
Moderation is the key.

I ate 6-8 carrots every day for 2 weeks and my skin turned orange. It cleared up once I quit. You could try it but I would eat less carrots. Good Luck.

It can stain your skin orange temporarily. Whoever told you that was going to get a good laugh. Don't do it.
