Not really.
Depends on what spell you are doing.........a new moon is better.
A fresh start.

I'm scratching my head. Should Wicca (capital letter, honey, it's a religion) be embraced when the moon is full? Moon has only 2 o's.
Wicca is a practice, a way of life, a spirituality and a magical system that is worked all the time, every day. The Full Moon is just one of the times we gather together for group worship. Other times, we practice on our own, as solitaries.
We embrace the rising and the setting sun, the smell of the grass, the hush of the snowfall.
We talk daily with our deities, we connect personally with them, and they are an integrated part of our life. They are our extended family.
I am not sure what you were getting at here, but ya know, you need to go back, do some reading and get to know what Wicca is before you start asking questions like this. You seem to not have a grasp on what you are asking.

Wicca isnt something you make special at certain moon times. Wicca is a Way of life. The whole moon phase thing are the ancient pagan's ways of feeling close to their feminine diety. when the moon is full is supposed to be when magic is at its peak and spells have a more accturate chance of the desired goal. so in a sense, No wicca should not be embraced when the moon is full, it should be the time to do Powerful Circle castings when its full. Wicca should be embraced at all times,NOT just when the moon is at a certain phase

Wicca is not a Sunday only Faith.
Wicca is an every day, every hour Spirituality.
This also applies to the full moon. You may have special ceremonies you preform on the full moon, but it's not a Moon ONLY religion.

Wicca is a day to day way of living with, not against, nature. It is practiced always, but seldom perfected. However, there is celebrations when the circle is formed and the God and Goddesses are about.

If you have faith why only embrace it at certain times?
There is a sentence from a great book called Waiting for the Galactic Bus: "Religion is what we sing on Sunday, faith is what we practice during the week".
If your faith is Wicca then practice your faith, if not then your the same as Christians who only practice on Sundays, or Jews on Saturdays...etc.

well, supposedly your magick is more powerful during a full moon, but all times are great as long as you believe in it and want it to happen.
