The English translated Yu-Gi-Oh manga has been released by the American version of Shonen Jump which comes out monthy. The January 2007 edition of Shonen Jump is when they started to do the Yu-Gi-Oh GX manga.

So, if you go to a store and pick up a Shonen Jump magazine you can read the GX manga.

For the record, the Yu-Gi-Oh GX manga is not created by the original created of the first Yu-Gi-Oh manga. Kazuki Takahashi created the original manga while Naoyuki Kageyama created the GX manga which is just based off of the anime instead of the first Yu-Gi-Oh anime which was based off of the manga. (So it's the other way around)

Anyways Shonen Jump usually runs a manga for a few months or so before they start to release them in manga books, so untill then pick up the magazine to read the GX manga.
