Make up CAN make you look older, but you can also use it to look younger. Depending upon your face shape, hair style, etc. putting on too much makeup will definitely make you look young. The best thing to do is to keep it simple, expecially if you're trying to visually age yourself (that's the first time I've ever heard of anyone trying to do that...lol)

make up will make you look older depending on how dark you put it on. if u use lite colors it will make u look younger. if u use medium/brite colors it will make u look srta old. if u use dark colors and put it on heavy it will make u look ay older. plus it depends on what u look like(like body build and so forth)
