Is the movie "Dragonfly" advocating child porn?

am watching the movie Dragonfly. I know that child pornagropghy is considered anything that can be sexually arousing. Like taking pictures of naked kids ect. Parents have gone to jail because of taking those types of pictures. So what is the differance between that and the movie?
