I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

you get stretch marks when you stretch your skin. in other words, when you gain weight. but they may not be very obvious to you at the time. when you lose weight, the pigment, or lack thereof, becomes more concentrated in the area (think a balloon that is deflating) and the stretch marks may become much more obvious. also, losing weight quickly can make your skin sag to a certain extent. if you are not very old, and don't lose a huge amount of weight, the sagginess and stretch marks will probably lessen after a while.

You're not getting the stretch marks from loosing weight. You get them from gaining weight. Now that you are becoming thinner, they show up as the skin begins to shrink. But once they're there... there isn't much you can do.

Yes. Stretch marks are caused by a lack of elasticity in the skin. You can get them from losing or gaining weight. Try putting cocoa butter on when you get out of the shower, it works wonderfully.

Well, losing weight would cause loose skin, which could possibly look stretched. However, because losing weight reduces size, you're not stretching. Gaining weight, however, will produce stretch marks.

your body would have stretch marks on it, whether or not you're skinny or not. Sometimes they're simply left over fro when you went through puberty, on your hips, breasts, sometimes even the back of your legs, thighs and arms.

Theres cream that cang et rid of them
