My elder brother loves Genesis and Phil Collins, so I've always enjoyed his music. I think he's very talented. I've heard some people say he's bland. Sometimes, he is - but how can anyone listen to the lyrics of "No Son Of Mine" and not be affected by it?
Many American hip hop artists freely admit to liking Phil Collins, to the extent of sampling his music for their own tracks, while so many ''ordinary" people refuse to admit they ever listen to him. I'm talking about bling artists who are obsessed with looking cool. Phil Collins is, according to the majority of the UK, the epitome of ''anti-cool''. People must like the guy secretly though, as all his albums have decent sales!

It's always the whiny middle-aged prog rock elitists that hate Phil Collins with a passion. They claim that he "ruined Genesis".
Phil made Genesis a household name. His drumming is amazing, his singing is even more incredible, and people like to diss him simply because he's rich and famous and they're not.

I don't I love that guy, and who exactly hates Phil, the game recently stated in an interview that he liked Phil Collins, and plus without him, he wouldn't have that awesome mountain dew commercial with the animals

I like Phil Collins, his music is a little outdated now, but it was great in its time.
