So, I have these banded fleece pants from Hollister Co., and I bought size Large, thinking they'd fit okay because this other thing I bought was large, but those are different pants, and those fit akwardly too. Usually I wear a size Medium, or Small for pants there. So how can I shrink them? They're just really baggy and make me look fat.

Yeah, wash HOT, dry HOT. However, if they material was preshrunk before made, then they won't shrink.......it's already been done. Only solution is to take up the seams or donate the pants to GoodWill.

If you can't return them, then wash them in hot water and dry them on cotton setting (highest temperature). They should definitely shrink after that.
