John Cena and Randy Orton are best friends in real life.
Do you like Cena and Orton as friends or as enemies? Why?
Why do you think Vince put them against each other on screen?

They're better as enemies on screen, cause it boosts ratings. Orton's the credible wrestler, and good on the mic, Cena's the credible mic man, not so credible on the wrestling side. These two compliment each other. And plus almost all wrestlers are friends with each other. They just play a really convincing role on camera, to look like they're sworn enemies. There are some superstars getting some heat from others, like for instance the Montreal Screwjob and how Hart still hates Vince, Vince and Taker despise each other, Sandman, Sabu, and Kelly Kelly are getting heat, etc.

Vince put Cena as a fan favorite to help sell Cena's movie which was produced by the movie company Vince owns. I wouldn't expect to see Cena as champion for much longer now that the movie is out on DVD. Vince will need to promote someone else soon. Randy is just a natural heel, its what he is good at and it comes across really well on TV.

Who cares, the WWE sucks and neither of those two can actually wrestle. If those two were in TNA, they would be on the mid-card at best. Vince has never really had an eye for talent anyway and when a wrestler is at the top of his game, he'll get rid of them a la Warrior, Stone Cold, Hogan, Bret hart, etc.
There's been way too much tragedy surrounding the wrestlers that have formerly wrestled for Vince in years past and he has made way too many enemies as a result of that. When are some people going to wake up and realize this guy is destroying lives more so than making it better for everyone that works for him. The WWE is probably the worst company in America that you could possibly work for because he will chew you up and spit you right out. Nobody is really friends in the WWE and the locker room morale is at an all-time low.
