Find the theme u want get the code, copy it, then go to edit my profile and paste the code in the "about me" section......this link is good for beginners and it also has a lot of layouts and other sites w/ more layouts, bkgrds, etc...

you have to find a THEME u like there will be a HTML soce cut and paste it into the "about me " box under edit profile area
