Does my male best friend like me?

My male bf have been friends for almost 10 years now. we talked on the phone at least 3 to 4 times a day. Were both married, and were both seperated from our spouses. He has been with a lot of women, sexually, but I've always had a crush on him. I finally told him that I liked him and he said that he has never looked at me a different way other than a "sister" to him. He says that I am not his type. We tell each other everything. We like to hang out and be together. When I don't answer the phone, he gets mad and we end of fighting. He is sort of a womanizer and feel like he always calling me about his problems and he asks for my approval for every girl he talks to. Sometimes i feel like im in the relationship as well. He clings to me all the time, and it gets on my nerves. I feel that if im not your type why does he call me all the time instead of his "women". He lies to them and tell them i his real sister, which i am not. I just want to know if there is something more there with him?

wow that took a while to read, but i have to say that i dont think he likes u, i think hes just using u, talk to him about it,,if he gets pissed well thats his fault, but at least let him know how u feel...good luck and u sound like a great friend

I think you should don't call him for a little bit see how he reacts cause men dont keep women in their life for long if they don't feel something might evolve. I think he wants to settle with you but , he knows the only way he can keep up his old ways is to keep you by his side until he decides to stop

like he said he only sees you as his little sister! dont push him away from you. he really wants you to be part of his life and doesnt want to share anything with "his women" like you called them you are far more important than all theses other woman in his life! just take what he gives you. and you will find someone else better for you
