US Flag with 34 stars. In use 4 July 1861–3 July 1863.
Kansas was the 34th state admitted on July 4, 1861. West Virginia was the 35th stated admitted on July 4, 1863.

34. this flag was used during Lincoln's presidency starting July 4, 1861 and lasting 2 yrs. It was issued to recoginze the entry of Kansas as a state.

Prettynpi is close... there were 34 stars until West Virginia seceded from Virginia in June, 1863 to become the 35th.
