The downloading % is relies upon upon 2 causes. a million) ur cache ( clean ur cache by technique of open internet ideas) 2) relies upon on ISP. ISP will outline the connections by technique of giving particular downloading apeed and different is for importing %. Your 3.5Mbps may be devided into that 2 aspects(downloading+importing %=3.5Mbps) yet some ISP's will supply it dynamically as if we r doing downloading. each and each of the speed vl b used to acquire and if v r importing then each and each of the speed is for importing. i imagine ur service service has replaced ur settings. ask him to regulate ur downloading %. income from the downloading. yet u cant upload that a lot % after the settings.
