Yes, in fact x-ray vision does exist as it is only part of the Electromagnetic Spectrum. We have both ground based and orbitting satellites pointed at the sun and other stars that view in x-ray, infrared, gamma rays, microwaves, radiowaves, unltraviolet frequencies in addition to our normal visible light spectrum. However, when viewing spectrums other than visible light you need technical tools and optics so that those parts of the spectrum would appear as visible light. Though, as far as viewing peoples underclothes as we see in our favorite spy movies, would require and immense amount of training, expertise, and fine tuning.
