Do you mean massive or tall?
Most massive is probably the great wall of China.
The tallest, that is an ongoing thing.
They are planning a building 1 km tall in Taiwan, I think.

if you're talking about structures in general, the great pyramids of Egypt are probably the biggest ever built. the one in particular would have to be the Pyramid of Khufu located in Giza. it stood 481 feet high and measured 756 feet square at its base. built over a 20 year span, it was calculated to have been built with 5.4 million tons of limestone

As far as I know it is (and still standing) the great pyramid of Egypt. It's the largest man made structure in the world.
