Huh? I think all the ?'s after english is correct there cos I got no idea what you just asked... so I'll guess you want meanings of those words.
Insomnia means someone who can't sleep and it goes on and on for a while, there can be different forms on insomnia but mostly it is characterised by waking in the middle of the night and unable to get back to sleep and/or unable to sleep in the first place.
diarrhea is a erm... how shall I put this, severe form of **** basically. It's watery turds usually caused by food poisoning of some sort,

Insomnia is a symptom, not a stand-alone diagnosis. Diarrhea needs to be distinguished from four other conditions that can be confused with diarrhea.
