plz i messed my ds lite up and i want to set it up again

In order to help you more information is needed. For example in what way is it "messed up" There are ways to restore settings but I would need to know what the problem is to know which settings to restore.

start the DS with no games in it. in the very bottom center is a small picture of a DS. tap that.
you now have four colored boxes that allow you to change all of the settings you put into the DS when you started it up originally, like name, birthdate, the current time/date
