It is a tragedy when anybody dies young but I mean come on. This story has been attention for weeks now and I am personally sick of it taking up time on the major new networks. I am the only one who feels this way or is the media force feeding this garbage. I have pretty much boycotted any news outlet that is still covering this story. I mean when one of our former presidents pass away they do not spend time on that.

I never did care about the media circus following Anna Nicole Smith.
It's unfortunate she died so young, and the ridiculous ongoings left in the wake of her death are a tragedy as well. Why didn't any of these people care enough about her and the baby while she was alive to step in and stop her from doing half the things she did?
This shouldn't be international news. There are more important things going on in the world. Seriously.

I've got curiosity enough on the legal side to catch the latest update. But an update is enough. When I'm at the gym I can see that Fox and other crap news channels spend 30 minute shows on the subject and interviewing people who knew her. I don't care anywhere near enough to spend more than 30 seconds hearing the latest court decision. Why can't people spend 30 minutes learning about why there is secretarian violence in Iraq?

I was never interested in that junk. I wish there was a news network I could watch that wouldn't have this junk like Anna Nicole or what Britney Spears did today. I DON'T CARE!!! When I watch CNN, Fox News, or MSNBC, I want actual news! Stuff like Anna Nicole and Britney should be on channels like E! Not news networks!

I agree with you but I think the news media covers what the public wants, and the public likes to watch the aftermath of "car crashes," and this was definitely one of those--figuratively speaking I mean. You are so correct in your opinion, but I am guessing you are even more disturbed over the fact it has more play than other historical events. We have to ask ourselves why.

We all just need to pray for the mother to take it all. God knows the baby needs a safe and stable home. I have had to step up and adopted grandchildren from this kind of thing. This is what happens in families when grandparents have to step in and take it all due to drugs and drugies. She had to go through hell trying to get Anna off drugs, and care for daniel. She needs some peace and happiness in her life. Pray for her to take it all honey.

I find any case with so many twists and turns interesting. And no, I do not read any of the tabloids. And yes, I want her baby to have a much better chance than I believe she ever had.
