Only the mail...are you from the USA since USA people know to if have a residence then the Sunday paper always includes the fast food garbage food as their coupons

Subway sometimes has coupons in the Sunday edition coupons or the weekly inserts in the mail.

sunday paper has them.I get subway,kfc,mcds and bk,also d.donuts even.
