How do we get these to work. Our wiring is backwards apparently.
The whole house.

call an electritian you obviously don't have a clue as to what your doing. be aware that you may not have insurance coverage if you are messing around with the electrical in your home...not to mention if you screw up 110 volts are more than enough to kill you...Lets

If you can send me a picture or 2 of the box with the interior panel taken off (1 or 2 screws) exposing the wiring I should be able to tell you what's wrong. That's if the problem is there.

I'm assuming that you had a licenced electrician do the install on the new breaker box. If that is the case he/she is probably the best person to fix this problem for you. It is rather difficult to give you a solution with out further information regarding the exact problem.

insurance pays for stupidity, so dont worry about what the other guy told you... but call the person that installed it. no one checked if everything worked before he left?

the contractor must have checked the wiring . is he licenced?
