I need a very pretty blue dress, or anything that's lively. Pink, yellow, or blue. But the problem is... um... I can only get dresses 100 dollars and below. The dress also has to be below my knees. Please help, I'm going to a party in 2 weeks and its a b-day party for a very cool and popular girl in school. Help!
