We kinda need more info, ie what he looks like, some past experience you to had that may be funny, etc. asking us to come up with a nickname for some guy named Chris is only going to provide you with a lot of stuff that won't pertain to anything.

Nicknames kinda make themselves up. I have a friend named Nikki who's name was changed to chicken because nikki spelled backwards is ikkin and that rhymes with chicken
Another friend was named noodles because she ate them every day for lunch and had long curly hair.
Another was named Bob, because her name was french and it was much easier to pronounce it correctly.
It has to be something unique to that person, and sense none of us know this person we can't help you come up with a name.
